An article / interview on one of the projects I currently manage called TwiMarket.com (also covered a couple of times in previous articles on this blog) was recently published on the leading Romanian website on IT startup projects. The main points covered are that we capitalize on the growing success of Twitter and the fact that the project originated from a team formed at OpenCoffee Bucharest. We talk about the concept behind the website, how we got it to the current development phase and what we intend to do marketing-wise to get more awareness around the project and get a sufficient number of fresh ads to make people stick to our service. A large part of the interview consists of the advantages of a hobby project and how this it is going to help us in our other businesses.
The interview can be read at http://www.startups.ro/node/2107. It is written in Romanian language, but can be easily translated using Google Language Tools.
